ISO 18587, ISO 17100, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ATC certification
Consenso Global continuously offers its customers the highest quality standards. The reason: All Consenso Global translation services and processes are audited and certified annually in accordance with the ISO 17100 translation standard guidelines and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
The standard ISO 17100 contains requirements for the quality of the translation itself as well as the processes for its provision. The standard is the professional examination and revision of the translation by a specialist translator in a second mother tongue (“4-eye principle”). Restricting this revision or suppressing it could lead to a loss in quality.
In the context of these two standardss, the audited areas are as follows:
-
- quality management, including binding and transparent regulation of responsibilities, structures and workflows
- all relevant processes and procedures
- the corporate structure
- data security and data protection
ISO 17100 + ISO 9001 = Maximum safety for your translations
In summary, ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 certifications confirm our ability to optimally plan, implement, manage and control all processes and resources, thus offering a world-class international translation service.
Targeted supervision of all processes and the use of state-of-the-art technical aids, keep our work up to date with ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 certifications, ensuring absolute punctuality and compliance with the highest quality standards.
